"This was a great hotel choice, the spacious bedrooms were awesome. The bed was comfy too. I loved the balcony from our room overlooking the pool and fire pits. The bathroom had plenty of towels, soap and makeup wipes. I loved that the fridge was empty and we could put items in. The refillable water bottles was a great idea as well. Only complaint is our room was outside of the housekeeping room and early preparations which included staff talking loudly and the click clack of the service Carr’s wheels on the brick walkway made sleeping past 7-8:30 am a challenge "

"Property is well maintained. Check in very quick and easy. Had our room earlier than expected. Breakfast everyday was excellent and great selection. Wifi worked everywhere, including pool area. Pool was very good and large enough to accommodate busy periods. Location was 3 minute walk to Tin City which has some dining options plus shops. A little further down the road is the top of 5th Avenue, which is about a 12 minute walk from hotel. Overall an excellent experience, would return ."

Room service and the food at the pool bar were also great—the grouper sandwich is highly recommended. We really enjoyed the kayaks, though the oars could be longer for better use. The only downside: while we understand it’s post-hurricane, at this price point, a proper coffee shop with decent cappuccinos throughout the day should really be expected.
