"We had an amazing time at the resort, but there were a few issues that stood out. When I mentioned that my food wasn’t cooked to my liking, multiple staff members rushed over, making the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. "The first night we got there late and they gave us an outdated uncomfortable room. After meeting with the manager we were upgraded our second night to a much more comfortable and updated room. I recommend calling them after you book a room to request a new updated room before you stay."
