"Shannon was so friendly when we checked in and when we saw the room, we decided that we should stay another night and Shannon made our transition smooth (we had to move rooms the next day due to the one we were in being sold out). Both rooms, although slightly different, were amazing! The breakfast service is great and it was delivered to our room right at the exact time we requested (they give a 1 hour window).
