The location was exactly as described, and the unit was pretty much as described.... The outside areas were recently renovated, in very good shape in the hallways and balcony. A bit surprised to find an old school drip coffee maker instead of the usual K cup machine, but not an issue. The furniture was functional but worn... Everything...

"We loved our little slice of beach heaven. The condo was facing the beach and we enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every morning. The location was just perfect. There is so much beach and lots of space for everyone to spread out. We always bring our own beach equipment, but the host does provide chairs and an umbrella in the closet which was a nice touch. "Nice ocean front. The stairs were a challenge for 83 yr old, on arrival and departure, not a problem during the stay. Check-out time could be increased by 1/2 to 1 hour."
