"Very nice hotel. Easy to get to. Not located in town but not that far away either. Staff were friendly and helpful and easy to work with. Rooms were large with lots of space. Beds were comfortable. Limited TV channels if you're wanting to watch TV. Lots of space for luggage storage. No fridge. Best option of this hotel was the breakfast. Huge spread with lots of options which for the 4 of us would probably cost $90 at a restaurant."

"Check-in was easy, the rooms were clean and comfortable, there was a nice breakfast served every morning, the staff were super friendly and easy to talk to, the yard around the hotel made it easy to see the aurora borialis as the hotel is away from any commercial lights. We all loved staying at The Volcano Hotel and encourage others to check it out. "

"The place wasn't difficult to find, I was a bit worried when I was booking. The location is great, it is close to a lot of tourist attractions. Our room had a wonderful view of the falls. The wind and rain were strong when we stayed, but there wasn't any issue. The room design was chic and posh. The kitchen was fully equipped. I wish they will have flexible/refundable booking option. It was also a bit pricey. I will recommend for longer stays. "
