"We stayed one night at this beautiful, very classic hotel, perfect location for exploring downtown Cambridge. Parking at the hotel was cheap compared to other hotels.They gave us the option to leave our car in their parking lot once we had checked out. The continental breakfast was good ham and bread. "

"A lovely relatively quiet old manor house, just off the M11. Rooms well insulated for heat, 2 windows didn’t close easily in my room, but other guests seemed to slam them shut. Bed was huge and very comfortable; the bathroom was clean and the domestic staff maintained the room daily. I did drive past a couple of times as i thought the main iron gates were a service entrance, but not. Its a sharp turn into the 'drive' and pull up to the gates which will open automatically. "Our stay at this hotel was great the staff were friendly and approachable. I room was clean i suffer with my back and found the bed a little uncomfortable and they could do with king size beds. Plenty of hit water and a fab shower. The breakfast was good and good quality. The hotel was situated right next to a train station which was fab for getting into Cambridge our room looked onto the trainline but it didnt bother us or wake us up it was so quiet."

"Staff at checkin very helpful with my luggage, when I explained I had a back problem. Room adequate, breakfast options very good. Convenient location in the centre of Ely, near the cathedral and Cromwell House. Limited free parking for guests. Good value. "

"Marston's itself was excellent.surperb food and great satisfying breakfast. The hotel rooms were small and a bit dated and requires refurb. Can be very hot and music plays until midnight. However we did enjoy our stay and would return."
