"The hotel was very clean and good value for money. Within a short distance to Auckland airport. The rooms were spacious and the bed lovely to sleep n. Tea, coffe facilities provided in the room along with fridge and microwave . Easy access to railway station to visit Auckland. "

"The room,location, staff all very helpful and friendly. Couldn't find any nz tv news channels on the TV which was a bit hard to come to grips with.One major problem was the fringe, it was in a cubby hole and was unable to funcion properly with the temperature being hot and the cutlery drawer very hot so the only way to get the temp down was to pull it out and leave it on the floor. Personally I think that with it working overtime I think it could be a fire risk."

"Beautiful view and wonderful staff. Spacious room, air conditioning was loud and no screens so we were hot at night. Could hear people walking in room above us at night. Far from other restaurants and town so take taxis or walk/bus options if you don’t have a car. "

"Rooms clean and sufficient. The Free Bus Transfer is only between 9am-5pm. The Kiwi Airport 100m down the road has the 24hr bus available for airport. "
