"Stayed in 204, the room was perfect for our 1 night stay, Only 2 suggestions would be to place a topper on the bed so its more cosy And have the loungeroom tv mounted to the wall so if you have the sofa lounge you can adjust the tv and remove the desk 10/10 score for everything from checkin to checkout"

"I travelled from QLD in November and forgot to factor in the time difference when planning our drive. I thought we'd be arriving about an hour before the office closed, but due to my error and some roadworks our ETA was 10 minutes after closing. I called the office and they were extremely kind about my mistake, and offered me multiple options for late check-in - including the person at the desk staying behind for a few minutes to meet me on arrival. It was very much appreciated!"

"Room, fantastic, bathroom, amazing. Such a nicely decorated place. Continental breakfast is a nice touch. Pool facility is really nice too. We arrived for our wine tasting after a long drive & it was a case of figuring everything out for yourself. There wasn’t really any signs apart from the cafe, we had to return back to the cafe to ask for our driver to take us. It just wasn’t very prompt. The lady at the reception of the winery was so rude, really disappointing to recieve a face & attitude...
