"Location, staff all good. Didn’t like hard floor. Mattress was the most uncomfortable I have slept on. First night I hardly slept. Was better 2nd night only because I folded duvet over and slept on it. Kettle nowhere near a plug!!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the Mansion House which had a lovely rustic feel but was also very clean and modern. The whole site had a lovely feel and the other building with the pool etc looked very modern and also had some nice cosy seating areas. We didn't use any facilities but had a look around and everything looked brand new! Would love to stay here again. "

"t was a lovely area on the Thames to stay. The room was great, hot, but there was nothing that could be done. Friendly staff. Parking on the Saturday was tricky as there was a wedding but clocked it and found a space before everyone arrived. The downside was food and drink. Both food and drink were very, very expensive and the food was very poor quality and value for money. We went elsewhere to eat at a nearby excellent pub. Tried 1 breakfast, food cold and far too expensive."

"This is my first time staying in a Hamptons and I was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and spacious and super comfortable especially if you opt for the king bed. Ensuite was clean too. Black out curtains are included in the room for those who need it pitch black. My reason for staying here was for the short commute to Marlow and I wasn't going to pay their extortionate price for the Premier inn. Buffet breakfast came with the price of the room in their spacious dining/bar/reception area....

"A basic hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Rooms are tiny. No space for a large suitcase, barely enough room for a carry-on. Still, quite adequate for people, if not for luggage. Great value for money."

"It was excellent value for money. On the minus side, the rooms were slightly cramped and got quite warm at night. We weren’t aware until the day of arrival that no lunch or dining facilities would be available because of private functions, although it wasn’t a problem. "

"Lovely accommodation and welcoming staff Arrived 18:30 to find Sunday food serving was finished however staff asked chef if he can do me something to eat which he did and was lovely food. Few things I question- I stood at bar to order drinks and food and service charge added on automatically without me realising I prefer to tip afterwards if appropriate then ordered again at bar dessert again service charge added on which I questioned this time and asked for it to be removed which it was...

"Simple,affordable and the staffs were helpful"

"No lifts a lot of stairs when carrying cases up and down. Night staff guy was brilliant when we had to check out early. Arranged to have coffee and toast at 4am but told by morning receptionist no ! But the night shift guy stepped in and sorted us."
