"We used all the facilities, tennis courts, lawn, pool and snooker table. For 6 adults and 1 toddler there was ample space. The pans, plates etc was plentiful everything you would need. For 6 adults the 1 toilet was a bit challenging at times! Lovely place and area to visit."

"Checkin , parking and the apt were terrific - very large space. walkable to Jericho and central Oxford - or bike-able. Near the canal walk and close to Port Meadow. Possibly one of the better locations in Oxford. The apartment is modern and well equipped but there were just a few negative points more for the owners to repair. I don't normally post negatives but I think this flat/apt is def worth it with a few minor tweaks There were lights that didn't work in the bathrooms just needed...

"This property was perfect for our family of 4: plenty of space, great amenities for cooking, washing, bathing. Comfortable beds and furniture, like a home-away-from- home. Great location for access to train and bus stations, pubs, and Bracknell town center with plenty of shopping and dining options."

"Had a lovely 4 night stay at Hawks Barn. It is a real home from home and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Awesome location for visiting the many sights the area has to offer, would have loved to have stayed longer."

The house worked really well for this as had lots of parking and free parking on the road and the open plan room at the back meant we could all be in the same room. Fernando was very helpful and had great communication in the lead up. My family stayed at the property too. Unfortunately there were some leaks but I believe Fernando is aware and sorting these."

"Great location for teaching at Reading University or Royal Berkshire Hospital. Flat was really spacious with all amenities that you would require. Bed was really comfy and fans provided as it was hot. It was quite noisy being on the ground floor flat, you could hear people on the stairs and when the front door shut."

"Lovely clean property... absolutely loved it.. would like a clock but im a time person.. shower absolutely amazing... town center location stayed during england final didnt hear anything... only issue i had was booking.. i booked paid and didnt hear anything i called number which i advise do not call cost a fortune to brazil.. message and call the london number for apartment...spoke to a lovely lady.. think her nsmr was alexandra very helpful not had that for a while.. tv does not have normal...
