"Hotel was well decorated in the main areas - looking fairly newly redone. The service was good. The only issue is the quality of the breakfast buffet is terrible - i mean really terrible. We arrived at breakfast around 9.30 - the eggs were like rubber, sausages the cheapest you can buy, bacon like rubber, instant coffee only. The toast was the highlight, which speaks volumes. Otherwise a great stay."

"The staff here are courteous and friendly They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant The rooms on the west wing are quite good but the corridors and hallways need some attention The east wing seems to have been updated I was pleasantly surprised after reading some negative reviews on trip advisor Don’t let these put you off staying Give it a try You will be pleasantly surprised "

"Evening staff member was in my view not very helpful has tv didn’t work and on asking him about it he said check source button and this didn’t work and was gone before I could tell him although did eventually fix it myself hence why i dropped a star but morning crew were so amazing and friendly and can’t fault them at all- breakfast was great - "
