"The hotel is quite a walk from the train station. We had to drag our luggage across the street and through tunnel. But the hotel is beautiful with it's patio seats outside and bar in the lobby. The room is big and breakfast is very good. How I wish they provide slippers and toothbrush/paste, nor coffee maker in the room, or flat iron. We asked for flat iron, but 20 minutes passed and we have to leave already, still no flat iron. "

"Stayed in this hotel for a single night as part of a tourist trip around Verona and lake Garda. This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff were super friendly and polite. They helped us book a restaurant in town for dinner. Breakfast was also excellent. Hotel was clean and modern inside. Highly recommend staying here. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here, hotel is in a brilliant location right next to the arena and near the main shopping area and many restaurants. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and was bigger than it looked in the photos. The breakfast was brilliant, they catered well for my gluten free requirements nothing was too much trouble.
