"Apartment was great size with everything you need the beds are comfortable, the only issue I have is that the shop on site doesn't have hardly anything you need or choices and you can not go in you have to order everything online and it can take a while for example when I ordered 2 bags of crisps 6 eggs and some croissants it was available in 2 days time, not good also nats and mosquitos are quite a problem, pools are great "

"We had some problems of a foul smell in our bedroom but the staff was very attentive and did everything they could to help. When the issue couldn't be resolved, they switched the rooms. Everything we requested was taken care of, we were very pleased with the service."

"The location was amazing for getting around Verona--we were in the middle of it all BUT coming home each night to sleep was a bit of a nightmare. The bed was EXTREMELY firm--hardly better than sleeping on the floor. The curtains had cigarette burns in then, the decor was quite dated, and there was lipstick left on the glass in the cabinet. "Visted Verona for the night but didn't want to pay crazy downtown prices. We were amazed with Hotel Gelimini.
