"We booked a family room. It was compact but served it's purpose. We carried out a review b4 booking so we knew what to expect. The location of the hotel for the centre is excellent"

"During the Christmas season hotels in the centre can be very expensive so this was a good value option with good transport links to the centre. We took a taxi once which was only €15 as well. Room was very comfortable and hotel bar area is lovely."

"The room was really nice, however, the only concern I had was about the shower. The glass door is only half way. Everytime after a shower, the washroom will be filled will water as the water spilt out during shower. The floor would get really wet and dangerous."

"Check-in was super fast, receptionist very nice and friendly with great English. The room was spacious enough and very tidy. Room safe a pleasure, free parking was a big plus for us. The area around the hotel and the whole town is quiet and safe. The better price, proximity to the train station and the 20 minute train ride to Strasbourg make staying here more economical and hassle free than staying in a big city."

"The parking was convenient, though not free, and needs to be booked with the hotel. I did not receive a response to my email, so had to telephone, I had to try a few times before being answered. I did not recive a written confirmation the parking was booked, but all was fine when we arrived. Very well located, just a few short minutes walk from petite france. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well appointed. My daughter enjoyed the fuseball table in the lobby."

"The only thing what they show on the picture in the room they didn’t give it to me. They gave me a different room and it was extremely small and I pay almost 140 bucks and I stay in a very Little narrow room."
