"We stayed here for my daughter’s SAT, and I was looking for somewhere with a pool and a full hot breakfast that we could eat and run. The room was very clean and quiet, and they had a full breakfast buffet. You could also go to the made to order station for an omelette or pancakes. Definitely recommend. Wished I had booked an extra night as there’s lots to see and do in Monterey and Carmel. "

"The front desk person seemed to have no clue what she was doing. Our room was not ready when we arrived then 2 mins later we get a text it was. We went back to the desk she said it was a mistake. She then found a different room that was open told us the room number gave us keys for a different room than what she told us. Very messy and confusing. Other than that the hotel was fantastic. "

"Enjoyed our stay. The balcony came with a view. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that kind of bothered me was the sliding door to the bathroom. It would make a very loud sound when we opened it all the way. It would disrupt my sleep. Other than that everything was great. Breakfast was good. The air conditioner/heater worked. The water pressure was adjustable for the shower. The fridge was cold. You get the point =]"

"Corola the property manager was amazing. The power had gone out in the area right before we got there, she was going to get us lanterns but it came back on so we called and let her know. Unfortunately the power only stayed on for 15 mins and then went back out the rest of the night. We disnt want to bother Corola to come out with the hope the power would come back on. Overall the property is very nice and bed was comfortable. Will need to visit again so we can really enjoy it more with power...
