"The staff were absolutely amazing, very courteous and extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cute, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The parking garage was clean, well lit and safe. The shower was spacious and had wonderful water pressure and best of all the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed a good nights sleep! I would love to stay here again."

"I enjoyed my stay but I was surprised no phone in the room. House Keeping cleans the room they should replenish the water bottle. Your carpets in the hallway are very soiled and dirty. The hotel needs some improvements."

"Hamburger Hof Hotel is my preferred hotel stay whenever I’m in FRA. Check-in time is 2pm which helps tremendously if your train arrives earlier than expected. The main train station is across the street. Very happy with my stay! THANK YOU"
