"Unfortunately had an issue with the first room as it had no t.v. Rang reception and the lady straight away with new room which was now a double two rooms away She left and said take your time. At reception she did say to have the two keys as sometimes they don’t work I tried both keys twice without success so returned to reception with my luggage in tow. Apologies and reset keys.
