"Oak Cottage is in a good location and the downstairs area great for socialising. The kitchen is so well stocked it made cooking easy. The large dining table can just about fit 12. The upstairs wasn’t quite as I’d expected. The room labelled as “two double beds” was one double bed and a small mattress, not really suitable for adults. The room labelled as a double bed and a single bed, was again a single mattress on the floor, as was another “single bed”. A few people found the duvets not warm...

"Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 "
