"What I loved about this hotel was that, unlike other Japanese hotels, the rooms were big, and easy to move around in. Most Japanese Hotel rooms are basically closets with a bed. The only improvement I could think of would be to make indoor safes (for personal valuables) available in all the rooms."

"From check in to check out the staff, room, and amenities were top notch, as you would expect from the Japanese service industry. For those that are looking to stay here but don't speak the local language, there didn't appear to be English speaking staff on hand. But it is Okazaki. Not really a tourist destination. "This is a pet hotel. Location is not easily accessible if you dont drive."

"We booked this property as a layover for a roadtrip from Tokyo to Osaka, but we were pleasantly surprised by the property and the whole town. If we had time, we would’ve extended our stay. The bathhouse was very nice feature with long open hours. The beach was very nice, too. Not many dining options outside of the property. We found two izakaya places but the food options were not that good. If we come back to japan, we will definitely stay here again."
