"Have stayed here many times, despite Hilton's policy of nickel-and-diming you for everything. I just don't go for any of their "offers." I eat breakfast elsewhere (lots of options in the area) and use my phone for internet. The reasons that I continue to come back are the convenient location, the cleanliness (not yet too beat up since the last refurb), and the fact that the rooms seem to be well-insulated against noise. One caveat is that they allow pets, so be prepared to switch rooms if...

"Sherrie, who handled my call the day before and who greeted us upon check in, was outstanding, welcoming, pleasant and responsive to our needs and questions. Every other employee was also very polite and pleasant. The hotel lobby and room was very clean and bright. Loved the pet friendly features. No issues with anything. had a great stay here and will do so in the future."

"The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the bistro is ridiculously overpriced. We got a coffee, hot chocolate and 2 avocado toasts and it came to $45."

"Beautiful hotel in an ideal spot. Unfortunately the customer service is lacking at this price point. We did not feel that we were looked after adequately - we had to ask alot of questions to get relevant information and the receptionist upon arrival tried to pawn us off on a cheaper room than the one we’d booked. The hotel also boasted free parking and access to hydrotherapy - however the hotel did not offer parking (unless staying in its sister location). Your will need to find your own...

"If rustic charm is on your bucket list, the Kittle House is brimming it….older floorboards, wooden beams, and a copper ceiling in the taproom. There are modern amenities alongside older fixtures….that plumbing (3/4”?) provides a powerful shower! We stayed during the holidays, and the inn was decorated beautifully. Continental breakfast included. This hotel services an area in Westchester that has few options for lodgings. Fortunately, this inn is a wonderful option."
