"Overall stay was great. We stayed here to celebrate new year. The only downside of the location is it is far from millenium park. Its where the fireworks are,its going to be 34 mins walk. It’s not smart to bring the car as the road in downtown is closed. "

"Check in was super easy and the hotel has automated alerts to keep you informed. Parking spots match your room number so super easy. We were 207 which the door faces the middle of then chalets. View is great on both sides but the front is the street. Minimal noise if any with the windows closed. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. Hot tub has a small heated change room but can get quite wet. Lots of spa towels in the bin when we went there, which is what most hotels struggle...

Cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, and the cleaning staff went above and beyond—running the dishwasher so we had spotless utensils waiting for us when we got back. The hot spa is cozy and can get busy (thanks, holiday season!), but it’s still a great way to unwind. As for parking, the underground spot is snug and might test your skills. ...
