"The people were super friendly and accommodating . The place exceeded our expectations since we book king suites, it has jacuzzi,robe and lots of towels plus we have our own balcony which I really loved! We will book this place again. "

"Room heater didn’t work, so they gave us a space heater and extra blankets. Would give this place 5/5 if they had of fixed it. But we were there for a good time, not a long time. Still had a great experience at The Moose and will be back "

"Great property. Downfalls are the noise from the highway and noise from rooms above. Don't cheap out and get a hotel style room(they don't have microwaves, laundry, or kitchenware), book a suite for the added convenience of a full kitchen, in-suite laundry, and more square footage. We wish we had booked the suite."

"We liked the proximity to shopping & restaurants. We liked our loft suite but it got very hot in the loft. We turned on the fan, the A/C and opened the window at night. It was -18C at night so I can't imagine what it would be like in the summer. It was on the quieter side of Banff - we were surprised there was a $20 per night parking fee. Otherwise the hotel was quite nice."

"We stayed three nights in the Royal Canadian Lodge with our young family while on a ski vacation at Sunshine. The staff at the lodge was fantastic and very attentive to our needs. The pool was small and didn't have a waterslide but our children enjoyed it after a hard day of skiing nonetheless. We booked a superior two queen bed and fireplace room on the main floor at the front of the property that had been freshly renovated with new paint, flooring, lighting and millwork. "The hot tub was really nice, we enjoyed using it every day we were there! It’s an easy drive to banff from Canmore (about 20-25mins). The suite has all the basics you need, salt/pepper, olive oil spray, pots/pans/dishes. The bathtub was a nice deep soaking tub, and the provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash all smelled amazing. The bed is a bit small, I think it’s a full or maybe a queen. The pull out couch was nice to use while watching tv. It was bigger than the bed. "
