"Listed as a study hotel, we were dubious as to what we would find. Needn't of worried.. Secure from the outside so felt safe immediately, staff on front desk were welcoming, friendly & helpful. Noticed straight away how clean & fresh the hotel looked & smelt. Our room was easy to find, with the use of stairs or lift available - also a stair lift too. On entering the room, we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious, clean & tidy it was. Plenty of tea/coffee, plus a fridge & safe. A tv too. Enough plug sockets"

"Lovely comfortable hotel on the seafront in Hove. Great location, bus ro Brighton centre stops right outside hotel. Breakfast was really good."
