"We had an amazing time at Kedrissos. From the very start, the communication was excellent. We arrived after reception closed and they sent both an email and WhatsApp with clear instructions. Getting in and finding our room were easy. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. "Excellent stay here. Breakfast was in included and really good. There was a restaurant at night and we really enjoyed the food. Rooms were comfortable but on the smaller side. Staff was amazing and very accommodating, beds were hard and they is down thing I think the owners should improve. Very walkable neighborhood. Beaches were 5 minutes away. Parking was easy to find. I would stay here again. "

"Our stay was spectacular!! I can't recommend this hotel enough. The rooms were amazing and we even had an oversized plunge pool. The location is unbelievable - mountains surround you. The staff went above and beyond (e.g., they met us at our car with umbrellas as it was raining out, noticed on my passport it was my birthday so prepared a free cake for me, etc.). "We had a wonderful 5 night stay here. The hotel is well situated and we had a lovely view of the harbor. Room was spotlessly clean with thoughtful amenities including coffee, comfortable bed, fridge, safe etc. George was so helpful and gave us some great suggestions as well as answering my curious questions about life on Crete. We felt safe and comfortable here and would highly recommend for a stay in Chania. "

"View was amazing with a balcony, but no way to make coffee in the morning to sit on the balcony and drink. Staff was friendly. I didn't pay for breakfast because it seemed over priced for what you get. You can go to some really nice breakfast places nearby on the beach for about the same price. Bed was a little hard. Really just the view, the location, and parking was the best part of this hotel. The price was decent. "
