"Perfect experience here! The staff were professional and helpful. The room was fresh, modern, immaculate. Bedding was super comfy. Decor and lobby were modern and gracious. The breakfast was amazing. And the location can't be beat. Right across from the palace with a view into town, close to every restaurant and sight. I liked it so much we extended our stay. Definitely will be back!"

Weather was rainy and cold, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor sitting area, but it looked lovely. Breakfast very good and our hostess congenial. Only criticism is that tables and chairs were very small and cramped for eating."

"The hotel was located on the slope which you need to walk with care from slipping. Is dangerous for old people. The room is a good size to place luggage’s. Shower water pressure is great. But the toilet area is tight if the person is big size might have a hard time getting in. Does not have space to place toiletries at the sink area."

The service received was the best of all the hotels visited in Portugal. They helped us with everything, from before we arrived with specific instructions. The breakfast was very good. They kept our bags before and after check in so we felt comfortable visiting Cascais as well and returning to the hotel for our bags. The room was...
