"We booked a 2 night stay. Our initial reception was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and gave lots of information about the resort. We were escorted to our room and the luggage taken for us. The features were clearly explained. At all times the staff were very courteous & couldn’t do enough to help. We had dinner both evenings which, again, was excellent. The location is fantastic with amazing views. All in all, the best experience we had in Costa Rica. "

"Great place to stay if needing a San Jose central location. Had to stay near Clinica Biblica Hospital so price was good and Staff and owner were beyond great. The particular area is conveniently close to SJ Centro and all that goes with that, the only negative is the issues that come with big Cities everywhere in the world. Sketchy at night, great in the daytime. Hotel had secure parking and great amenities for a comfortable stay. If coming from the warm beach areas, don't forget to pack...

"FYI: They don’t tell you at the beginning when you check in but you must return all keys when you checkout or you will get charged $20 US per key. Towels are $40 US or they will charge you so make sure you count the towels and make sure to return them. We found out when we were checking out! Now the hotel itself it’s a beautiful place, Our booking included breakfast which which was great The service personnel in the restaurant were very kind. Cleaning crew were super nice and very lovely...

"The stay was amazing. Breakfast included has variety and is complete. The staff were really nice. The only thing that might be struggle is the parking as it is too tight but staff is always attentive for assistance. "

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful; our room came w an upgrade which was unexpected and much appreciated. The only downside for us was the considerable train noise as the tracks run just behind the hotel; sleeping was difficult for only that reason."

"The accommodations are basic, nice and clean..but you stay here for the fantastic beach and atmosphere directly in front of the seaside restaurant. Amazing vibe! Monkeys, toucans, and Macaws all over -fantastic mid range option if you’re a beach person. You have to request the beachfront rooms though or you will be on the other side of the road. "
