"We were so pleasantly surprised with how clean and lovely Valtisya House was. The best, however was the help we received from Juan at check in. He went above & beyond in arranging an early taxi for us and made sure all went well, helped us to our room and gave great directions for places in the neighborhood. "

El Hotel está bien localizado, está cerca del centro Santa Catalina, y también de la playa de las canteras.El hotel es sencillo, pero las instalaciones están en perfecto estado,.Me sentí acojida, y con certeza volveré más veces. "We had a lovely stay at the apartments. Everything was great. Apartments themselves were great, we had paid bit more for the one with aircon. Just to be aware there are lots of stairs to get to rooms. Lift everywhere so you can always get to it but it takes time so we mostly walked as we didn’t mind that. We had a half board and food was great, sometimes the freshly cooked meat was bit tasteless but there was always lots of other choice. Outdoor snack bar had pretty good choice of food, pizza...

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. You feel welcomed from the start, very friendly staff. It is a quiet place for families and retirees, not for party folks. The kitchen is small but fully equipped, it has everything you may need to make your own meals. Which is great when you are on a budget or don't feel like going to a restaurant.
