"We gave stayed here on a number of occassions and it never disappoints. Staff are friendly, rooms clean and spacious and onmy a very short walk to Las Canteras. We will definately be back. "

"We were so pleasantly surprised with how clean and lovely Valtisya House was. The best, however was the help we received from Juan at check in. He went above & beyond in arranging an early taxi for us and made sure all went well, helped us to our room and gave great directions for places in the neighborhood. "

"Not a hotel as such, these rooms/suites are very modern, well equipped and the project is very well managed.The area isn't the best, however it is only 1 block from the fabulous Cantaras beach, with all it's bars and restaurants, also walking distance to the Aquarium which is highly recommended and one block from the Port market which is also worth a visit. Discounted parking in the adjacent car park is an added bonus. We only stayed for 2 days and would stay again but probably on the other side...

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. You feel welcomed from the start, very friendly staff. It is a quiet place for families and retirees, not for party folks. The kitchen is small but fully equipped, it has everything you may need to make your own meals. Which is great when you are on a budget or don't feel like going to a restaurant. "Very good location for buses to entire island. Lovely beach within walking distance. Safe but lively environment, good value for money and would go back again . Only downside is noise from local park into the early hours."

"There was no one available at check in and the self check in didn’t work. No cleaning service throughout the stay, no extra towels, and no extra toiletries. The AC stopped working at beginning of our stay and when we advised them that it needed fixing they didn’t make any attempt to repair it. Very hot musty stay."

"We were on half board basis and we made a huge mistake because food was terrible. We had only 1 breakfast and 1 dinner and all other days we had to eat somewhere else. The lift wasn't working on our first day.It seems the lift is always the problem there. Apartments has a lot of stairs which is a big problem especially when your apartments are at the top of hill.The young lady at the reception wasn't nice with us at all.She actually was very rude with us and she didn't want to listen about any...
