"At check in we did not receive a lot of communication - like where our room was, or room service info, or pool info - which is typical in hotels. We found our suite to be a good size. Definitely outdated - but that doesn't bother me - if it's comfy and clean. The couch wasn't super comfortable and as I found out that night, neither was the bed. Hard as a rock. I called front desk to get the pool hours and was told it was 9am-9pm. That's hugely disappointing - . Also pool is not as in pictures,...

"Lots of homeless people around the hotel and no parking available. I had to parc at the neighbouring Arc hotel which felt unsafe at night, alone with my kids. "
