"The apartment was very well equipped. There was only 1 air con unit in the apartment which was in the bedroom-that was the only down side I can think of. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was huge. The area was very quiet at night. We always got a good spot by the pool late morning/early afternoon. The staff were all great and very helpful. Pool was a good temperature and inflatables were allowed at certain times. I would stay here again. "

"Natalia the receptionist was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always putting customer experience first , even contacting the local convience store to find out their closing time for me without me even asking her to. Was checked in by another lady who unfortunately didn't show us around the apartment on arrival so we had to work out how to use the blinds and others amenities, but we managed ok. However the location is remote here, and there are few amenities, it states it is in San Sébastien but it is at least an hours walk from the town. "The reception was lovely and welcoming, appt was fair for age just ceiling in bathroom had a leak upstairs and paint was falling in (no7). Disappointed that a bar and cafe was advertised and a drinks vending machine was in the front of it. Cleaners in and did a fab job. I would stay here again ."

"Hotel is basic but very clean and comfortable. Excellent value and also includes breakfast (delicious donuts in particular according to the kids). Very convenient location, not up many hills or steps. Rooms each had a smart tv,air con and a little fridge. One of the staff members in reception who’s name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was very friendly and helpful and gave us great information on getting around the island. "

"We were very pleased with aspects of our stay, the apartment was clean and bright, next to the sea and was comfortable and generally well equipped. However the shower was not hot and had to run for around 10 minutes before reaching its maximum, inadequate temperature. "Liked the look of these apartments, but after reading various reviews was very open as what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised and would give it top marks for a 3 star hotel, have been to higher grade hotels that have not been as good. The room was spacious and clean and did not lack for anything. The beds were very comfortable and shower was hot and powerful. Breakfasts were very continental, but for the money very good and we never left hungry. "
