"The location is perfect for exploring downtown San Jose. Just a few minutes walk to museums and the central avenue stores. Check in was a bit stressful and chaotic and our agent was not very friendly but after that the stay was great. All the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and it shows, but our room was great despite the age. We booked a deluxe room and it was huge, with a nice glassed in balcony.
