"This spot was perfectly located for my interests. Via Espana and Via Argentina were both in easy walking distance. I was given a coupon to use at the market/cafe next door and that little location was delightful. If you want to include the El Cangrejo neighborhood in your visit to Panama City, you may find this hotel as convenient as I did."

"The pricing was great Staff were incredible. The AC was out for the building when we got there, but they had crews there all day finally getting it fixed. 20 min safe walk from the hotel was a massive shopping mall. Very cute roof top pool with waterfall"

"There are properties with similar names so be mindful because taxi still took us to the wrong place despite us being specific about where we were going. The property had everything included in the pictures however, it was a bit aged e.g. couldnt sit in one of the chairs as the base wasnt supported, also could use a deep clean and polish of furniture. The wifi was horrible - it only worked in the living room area if at all and wasnt a good connection. Also dont think the pool location was...

"The service I received was excellent. The owner was very friendly and the cleaning lady cleaned my room, replaced clean towels and even washed the dishes for me daily. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The AC and WiFi worked really well. The room was a bit small and it wasn’t any sound proof at all. You can hear every sound clearly coming from the hallways or the parking. I was woken up daily by people talking."

"The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with.
