"The property is not called New Modern Ocean View - very misleading for locating the complex. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. "If you are looking for a basic apartment with bare minimum, then this is great! It’s referenced as luxury, but there was a sheet on each bed, pillows were flat, only a couch for 2-3 ppl & dining chairs. The photos shows the unit well decorated, but it’s pretty bare upon arrival. The cleanliness also could be better. Parking was also tight, so smaller car recommended. Gave it 4 stars overall, as it was $79/ night when we rented. So got what we paid for."

Al llegar, alrededor de las 7:00 pm, tuvimos que esperar casi media hora para que nos entregaran las llaves, pues no le habían indicado al fuardia de nuestra llegada. Observaciones en cuanto al mantenimiento del apartamento: la puerta de una de las 3 habitaciones, no se podía cerrar, pues el pomo estaba en mal estado.
