"Great budget friendly hotel"

"I stayed at this hotel during a one-week solo trip to Panama and overall had a great experience. The staff were friendly and I was immediately greeted at the door upon arrival. The bellman was very attentive and eager to assist with my bags. Check-in was smooth and the room was exactly what I wanted (1 BR Suite with a city view). There were minor inconveniences I noticed but nothing that was make or break. My mini fridge was not working, and when I notified the front desk, it was replaced promptly. I also did not have a room service menu in my room and was told that one would be brought to me however, it never came. Also, an outlet in the bedroom was not working, but this did not significantly impact my stay. The hotel restaurant was nice and convenient for any time of day. The waitstaff were kind and patient with me when trying to order in Spanish (they were also bilingual). Usually, I was greeted upon entry, except for one day where it took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The restaurant was not busy then, so I'm not sure how that occurred. Overall, these were just minor inconveniences and I would love to stay at the Sortis again if given the opportunity."

"The staff and the facility were very nice. The only problem was the stopper in the bathroom sink was inoperable and the curved bar which holds the shower curtains had been damaged by a prior guest. Once these repairs are made they would get five stars on everything. As to the eco-friendliness of the hotel, frankly, I'm sick of this political nonsense. I don't stay at a hotel to evaluate their water usage or how their laundry works. I stay at the hotel for my purposes not the political purposes of others."

"I am happy with my stay at the megapolis hotel. I was right across from megapolis mall which has all the stores and shopping experience needed. Everything was very close and the view was excellent. The breakfast was not so great but that’s just based on my personal preference. The staff was lovely and friendly."
