"Great location but in case you need to escape via the stairs there is no signage where to exit when walking down the stairs. I ended up (the lift didn’t work) in the courtyard but the gates were locked and the doors to lobby were locked. The balcony railings and upstand are not safe, kids can step and climb in it. No pot with water/sand for smokers outside. "
