Useful for work in Hortolandia
The Hotel is spotless and very modern. It is very well run and the staff are very helpful and polite. The food in the restaurant is good but of a limited variety for dinner. There is good parking and the hotel is safe and secure. The area surrounding is under a lot of construction work and there are few local amenities. We did not leave the hotel at night.

Os problemas começaram no check in. No momento da reserva, a única opção era realizar o pagamento pelo site, o que foi feito. Ao chegar, quiseram me cobrar novamente. Como neguei e mostrei o recibo de pagamento, nos deixaram plantados por meia hora esperando que o financeiro do hotel confirmasse. Não foi agradável. Quando reconheceram que o pagamento foi feito, tentaram impor condição pelo tamanho de meu cachorro, informação, esta, que não consta do anúncio. A atendente informou que eram aceitos cachorros até 5 Kg e que o meu, de 10 Kg, não poderia se hospedar. Porém, já me hospedei nesse hotel em algumas oportunidades, sempre com meu cachorro. Após argumentas, aceitaram e me deram um formulário, que, por sua vez, indicava o limite de 8 Kg. Fora isso, o quarto não estava em boas condições de limpeza, cheirava mal e, na manhã seguinte, ao sair para tomar café da manhã, às 10h, cruzei com 3 baratas mortas no corredor. As baratas permaneceram lá até o momento do check out, ao meio dia. O quarto, no andar térreo e voltado para um corredor na parte de trás do prédio, é mal iluminado. Colaborava com isso o fato de ter 1 lâmpada queimada. Por fim, o presunto do café da manhã estava com cheiro estranho/gosmento e o café acabou e demoraram para repor. Já me hospedei nesse hotel em no mínimo 6 oportunidades. Apesar de não ser um primor, valia o que custava. Porém, agora, o preço alto aliado às péssimas condições apresentadas, definitivamente não me farão voltar.

Decepcionante
Chegamos no hotel final de tarde , depois de uma viagem de 1000km , tivemos a infelicidade de ser muito mal atendido, parece que estamos ali de favor, funcionários sem a menor impatia, não sabiam nem nos indicar um bom lugar para comer, primeira vez na cidade, nem sequer bom dia e boa noite. O wifi do quarto é pessimo , não funcionou reclamei com a recepção no outro dia , e não deram a menor bola , pois nada mudou no 2dia de hospedagem , o quarto o ar condicionado faz muito barulho , TV pega muito mal e falhando os canais. Nem uma mesa de cabiceira tem ao lado da cama. Para não dizer que tudo foi ruim o café da manhã era bom. Enfim ficamos muito decepcionados com o hotel, acho que a empresa poderia capacitar melhor seus funcionarios no atendimento ao cliente.

Hotel com quarto amplo e arejado
Excelente hotel,com quarto amplo ,bem arejado , condições excelentes, banheiro de bom tamanho,apenas realizado duas ressalvas,uma pela excessiva força do jato d'água do chuveiro,poderia ser feito uma regulagem melhor ,e pela lotação do estacionamento, forçando eu colocar meu carro na rua,mas são nuancias que não impedem a boa estadia que realizei nesse hotel

Foi boa, apenas um dia, porém achei que a acústica do quarto não é das melhores, ouvia barulhos e conversas tanto do corredor quanto do quarto vizinho. Televisão do quarto é pequena e a imagem não se adequa à resolução. Quarto não tinha copos para ingestão de líquido.
