"I found it an excellent hotel, but I have a few comments: 1. One of the blinds would not close. It had been temporarily fixed in the "up" position so could not be lowered. I called housekeeping and they fixed it by cutting two cords leaving it permanently down. Why could this not have been fixed correctly much earlier. 2. The shower has two shower heads. The rainfall head leaked from its attachment to the ceiling making water run across the ceiling. We could not use that attachment, but...

"Our stay at the Omni was good overall. The first morning there was a major leak in our room from an issue with the radiator but the staff put us in another room immediately. The hotel is a little dated but comfortable. The price was reasonable due to it being the off season. Not sure I would stay at high season prices. Location is great for exploring Montreal. "
