"The staff was very helpful, and we appreciated their willingness to stay and help on December 25th. They were also very friendly and courteous. The only improvement would be if the staff who cleaned the rooms did a better job."

"We stayed at the Tuxon for one night while visiting Saguaro National Park. Was a little surprised on ths location as it sits in a neighborhood and next to highway. The property is gated after 9pm. They did a great job creating a boutique-like experience. The pool was a hit and I was bummed missed the live music and DJ that are offered on the weekends. Very close to Downtown Tucson and dining options. I would stay here again."

"This was a very nice property with excellent staff, good food, clean room but still with some areas for improvement. We appreciated the great care the staff provided and meal options in the restaurant and facility. They did seem slightly understaffed but believe that may be due to occupancy numbers A few areas for improvement would be to continue renovating, increase the water temperature and keep hallways clean. The gym and pool were very nice and relaxing."

"Beautiful new hotel, well situated. The service is amazing and the buffet breakfast was excellent and lots to choose from. Negative : carpets everywhere when it’s so easy today to install flooring instead. The soundproof of the door was lacking and the latching was very noisy. "

"We had an amazing stay in a spacious two-room suite with a beautiful view of the pool area and mountains. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. One of the highlights of our trip was the game room, which we enjoyed every night. Our kids had so much fun playing all the games, and it made our evenings extra special since we preferred to stay in rather than go out at night. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to come back!"
