"I made a last minute booking because I was in the area later than expected. Upon arrival to the hotel they refused to let me stay because they were having a problem with the water and weren't accepting guests at the time. However, they processed my payment and confirmed my booking. The person in the hotel at my time of arrival was a security guard (there was no one available at the front desk) So I went ahead and requested a refund through Orbitz since that's where I booked it. "The beach is awesome. Unfortunately, the price one pays is not reflected in the state of the rooms. Too many ruined down details and basic things missing that frankly makes you mad since they are really simple to repair. The staff is amazing but entangled trying to keep up with all the clients demands resulting from the lack of maintenance. It is a shame. This place used to be tops. Not anymore, and certainly not the “delux paradise “ they sell. Even the pool is missing tiles …"

"Staff was great and very nice. Very good people. However, the kitchen is full of roaches and there was no electricity in my bedroom. The owner seems to be very neglegent of this property and i wouldnt come here again even if i was paid to. Couldn’t even jump in the swimming pool without the roaches joining me. The infestation comes from the countertop in the kicthen where they breed and live."
