"This hostel was more than expected. It was very comfortable, in a very convenient area close to the beach and to restaurants/shops. It was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. We would recommend this place, 10/10! "

"Very quirky/alternate accommodation. Staff were excellent. The room and ensuite were spacious. The breakfast was very good and you can have basic vegetarian meals which is mainly pizza. We had pizza which was excellent, however the menu is very limited and does not include any salads which seems strange as it is vegetarian. Smalland cozy hotel with some lovely sitting areas."

"This was the most beautiful hotel I've ever seen. The rooms are nestled in the forest with big windows looking out into the trees. You can hear the river from the rooms, and there is a beach if you decide to swim. The dining room is beautifully decorated with a central fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out into the trees. The meals we ate at the lodge were definitely the best of our whole trip, particularly the vegetarian options which were delicious! The staff was attentive...

"Excellently located hotel right in the centre of Pucón. Staff are all lovely. Bathroom was perfect, with a good shower. Good breakfast and if you’re lucky (like me) your room will have a view of the volcano. Highly recommended."

"The thermal pool naturally heated by geothermal activity that they had right on the small river flowing through the property was simply unique. It was so tranquil just to watch the river flow by & watch all the wildlife there, especially birds hunting fish. Since it was accessible 24/7, you could sit in the pool at night & stargaze with no lights to limit your view."

"This property and the staff are extremely kind!! They went above and beyond to help us out and make the experience positive. When I asked for a place to do the laundry, they said they could take my clothes and wash them for me!! The kitchen is also well equipped so you can make your own food and the staff is flexible to provide extra blankets or delay check out slightly. Good rooms with a good amount of space."
