"The staff here are super friendly and helpful. Staff was able to provide different parking options around the area when we were there for a short time and didn't want vale park. They also informed us of some good spots to eat at and get drinks. One thing they could improve on is the customer sevices line we called a few times throughout the day and it was always busy and we couldn't leave a message because the voicemail was full."

"The rooms were nice. The pool needed a cleaning. It had floating boogers and what looked like spit up in the pool but to be fair there were a ton of kids there the weekend we stayed. Does not have a hot tub like observed on the website and we asked for more towels for our room and never received them. The overall room however was very nice and the staff were wonderful at check in. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience and we would stay here again. "

"The Portlander Inn was great the room was modern and nice. The facilities are great the market is like going to a mini supermarket. The restaurant had great food and service. The free breakfast was a real meal at the restaurant. "

"I had no idea what to expect when I booked this hotel as I chose it based on proximity to a show we were going to. But we were blown away by this little Hotel and the staff. Service is amazing, the staff goes over and above to make sure your stay is first class all the way. Comfortable beds and a great shower, restaurant downstairs is great and nice coffee bar for the mornings. If you get a room with a balcony you can see right into waterfront park. Lots of perks of staying here, will definitely...

"Great place, stay there all the time when I’m in town for business and really nice amenities such as a serious spread for breakfast and free cocktail hour in the evenings. Elevators were under service and have been for months and months causing a lot of delays to get up and down to your room, otherwise great as usual. "
