"Clean property. We went during the week so we were practically the only ones there. Cleaning lady was the best, our room was always fresh when returning back from a long day. Coffee shop downstairs is good and people are very friendly. If you are planning on staying in the area they have a special event on Thursdays. They have a couple great restaurants next door and closer to shore that was awesome! If heading to PR would recommend you stay in different areas to ensure you see most the island....

"The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! "2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath apartment with a small pool was great for our family. Our kids are small so they couldn't get enough of the pool. Close to the beach. Grocery store close by. I would definitely stay here again. They have towels but they looked a little worn so we bought our own. They had beach chairs that had some wear and tear but served its purpose and some beach toys for the kids to use. Very convenient for us since we like to stay in Rincon when we visit PR.
