O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor)."

"The overall location is great very walkable with lots of shops and dining options but we found the hotel to be poorly maintained and dirty with bugs. Our room had dirty sheets and mold in the shower dead bugs and hair on the floor. Looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia. There are signs all over that says they will be remodeling soon, i hope this is true because the have a great location and staff."
