"We stayed while a family member was in hospital. The rooms are small and old but PERFECT for short staff. Walking distance to the hospital. Rooms were very clean and staff were amazing and very helpful!"

"Check in was easy. The reception team member was pleasant and informative. There’s plenty of parking. The property is well maintained and has a lovely vibe. Great food and entertainment. Rooms are clean and pretty much sound proof. Our balcony overlooked the pool and lake on the 4th floor and was perfect to watch the sunset and sunrise. "

"Shower curtain in bathroom not long enough and did not reach shower floor which led to leakage and accumulation of water on small bathroom floor. Outside switch to spa did not work. Advised by reception later they needed to be advised if spa use was required so that it could be turned on by them . Suggest that sign be attached near outside switch to contact reception when spa has been turned off "

"Hotel was clean and convenient for our 1 night stay in Newcastle. Our access room number did not work and I had to call for assistance, but I was able to get in contact with someone pretty quickly."
