"Pros: Fantastic reception, who got me in a room much earlier than the official check-in time when I arrived early. Good wifi, modern decor, comfortable bed, good shower. Reasonable breakfast and nice dinner. Having a kettle in the room was appreciated. Cons: Housekeeping didn't provide a full complement of towels on any day. Tea and coffee were not replenished at all during my four-night stay. Hotel still uses disposable cups for hot drinks in the room and restaurant, which is not very eco...

"I had a pretty nice stay but there were a few issues - the card key reader on the door was broken, there were no hangers, and the safe was stuck locked. The staff did their best to help me. Luckily there was someone at the reception 24 hours to let me into my room. There were a few issues with cleanliness, but just in certain hard-to-get-to ares like under the bed and dresser.
