"We had a falls view room and it was nice to have the view right outside of the window. Parking is in front of the hotel which is convenient. The mist of the falls are blown over the hotel often and in winter time can make every thing kind of icy including the parked cars."

"Toilet in my room did not flush properly, handle broken, stained inside bowl, and tank cover/lid did not fit properly. Life guards and pool staff rude. Everything else good thx"

"It was not worthy for the amount we paid. The place is old and smelly. All over the hotel and bathroom have musty/moldy smell. The hotel is long overdue for upgrades. The hallway carpeting needs and serious stretching. The check-in staff are unpleasant and not very helpful. The parking charges is the most expensive around the area"

"Great Stay for Families! We had a wonderful stay! The indoor water park was so much fun for the kids. While the hotel isn’t the newest, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming—especially at the front desk, where everyone greeted us with a smile during check-in and check-out. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions in Niagara Falls. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!"

"Our booked rooms were not available due to renovations so we were given suites instead. These had excellent views of the falls. The hotel is getting tired looking and needs an update but the location and staff are excellent. "
