Bath salt and moisturizing facial mask was provided Great for leisure and holiday with a partner No proper desk so had to use the small round table for my laptop to get a little work done Oveall was a very enjoyable stay."

"The front desk at the Yati is excellent, friendly and always are there to assist you. Ellis, Ekko, Lilly, Tracy are amazing. I spent so much time at the bar Andy and Joy became friends, Carter is a great manager at the bar. BUT, it would be awesome if there could be a Yati Happy Hour at the bar! Audrey the front desk manager has a great team. I hope the management realizes that the 5 star rating they get is because of the workers they have at the front desk. "

"Located in a comparatively quiet area. Convenient, subway station (Wuding Road Station) just cross the street of the hotel, can go to tourist spots i.e. The Bund, Yuyuan, Xintiandi etc. Also, there is a nice little Italian restaurant adjacent to the train station serving good food at reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay."
