"We stayed at Ascott Huai Hai Road for 5 nights and it was 1 of the best so far, for the amount that we paid for. Service has been top notch from the moment we stepped in. We had to change rooms once as the room below us had a burst pipe, we appreciate that they personally informed us of the issue, and managed to find us a similar room 2 floors down almost immediately.
