"The hotel itself was great but the breakfast situation was a joke. I paid $20 for breakfast and was referred to a restaurant on the premises. One server, buffet food but was going to be served by a waiter. 1 waiter. He was very polite but extremely slow. Coffee was terrible, served everything in paper containers like you'd get mac & cheese in. Milk, no creamer. No sweeteners on the tables. He would disappear for extended periods of time in the back and return with a tray full of paper...

"Great customer service. The hotel was clean and in a very nice location. I would only suggest that you allow points for stays even when booked through a third party. Although I like the property, I won’t stay again because I sometimes book through a third party and I don’t get the credit for the stay. I will choose another hotel chain that will award points for the stay regardless of who reservation was booked through."
