"Very beautiful property and staff was very nice. Rooms are clean and beautiful. It was not quiet though. Unfortunately a lot of noisy guests. I checked in just before midnight and the guests on my floor were slamming doors in the hallway with phones on with loud music until 2:30am. I had driven all day and then had to get up at 5:30am to drive all day again. I know it’s not the hotels fault but disappointed they didn’t do anything especially since we were on the first floor right by the...

"The staff member who checked us in on 2/3 was very helpful. He seemed to care about the hotel guests as he explained very clearly the key policy and how the hotel maintains a secure environment for guests. I wish I had gotten his name. Not only was he competent, but he was friendly and warm."

"Decent rooms, especially the ones with the king bed in them...no elevator access though...the property could be a little bit more well kept, but its very decent for the reason I got a room for. Just my opinion."
