On arrival the welcome drinks were great addition along with the guest cards that provide free transport and chocolate on departure!! Super friendly and helpful staff. We had a double room, 405. "Amazing location - don't even have to cross the street to get to hotel from the train and bus station, yet the neighborhood is still nice. Staff was courteous, room was clean. Only knock is that bed could have been a little more comfortable. Coverings was a duvet, which so many hotels are using now."

"Great budget location to stay in Innsbruck. 5 min walk from the railway station and close to the main shopping street. The hotel gives you a bus/tram pass valid for the duration of your stay and also valid for buses up to local skiing areas. Definitely recommend. (My third stay there in a year)"

"Had a lovely stay at Pradl Elf. It is an easy walk from the main station via a lovely park which has a nice playground for children. Pradl Elf is also very close to a bus stop which takes you directly to the airport.
